No One Needs Toxicity, Harassment, and Bullying. It Should Never Happen.

No one needs toxicity, harassment, and bullying. It should never happen. Stop digging into someone to activate their fight/flight/freeze response. That’s not harmony and a win response to achieve gradual progression, development, sustainable growth, and evolution.

Instead, control seeing each other, control listening to each other, control what you learn, control what you think, control what you do, control what you implement, and control what you execute. The right structure should already be in place to prevent any toxic, harassment, and bullying from occurring.

The ownership of team harmony in business/workplace at work working acts and not at work is essential for the purpose mission of the business/workplace. Right leadership, right environment, and right culture; no one needs a toxic leadership, environment, or culture.

This is an issue which is becoming more prevalent in business/workplace, sports, and society. It probably stems from one or more of the following: manners, status, access, affiliation, there isn’t a conflict resolution structure, communication, leadership, environment, and culture. This is an issue where bosses, employees, and parents should be trained on above the line manners, language, behaviors, and learning the common goal whenever more than one team member boss, manager, supervisor, and/or colleague(s) are with each other and as a team.

Most teams don’t have the right structure in place and approach this with a we’ll address it as it happens. The right structure should already be in place to prevent toxic, harassment, and bullying from occurring.

Can The Win Come To You Without Being Completely “In The Zone”?

As an athlete regardless of your sport there are times when you aren’t completely “in the zone”, however parts of your game are.

What worked for Roger was him being “in the zone” serving the ball. Being “in the zone” in all areas is best but being “in the zone” in just one area a player is still hard to beat.

Tiafoe is real and when he learns to hit his approach shot with more skill and volley by blocking the ball he will win more and might win a grand slam. Excellent athleticism, very good serve and forehand, solid backhand. Needs to work on consistently transforming his mental performance skills as all players do because that’s what separates the world’s best from other athletes.
